Pre-Move Survey

Once you have decided to move, the first thing that must be done is a pre-move survey. One of our trained staff will visit your home in order to ascertain the time and space your possessions will take up in moving from A to B. Once all the details are taken we will provide you
with a comprehensive quotation indicating a total price, volume and time-frame for your move. Through careful and meticulous planning we will ensure that your move is smooth and stress-free.


Packing

We ensure that all household goods are wrapped and packed using the best quality packing material available. Made-to-measure boxes can be provided and our trained supervisors ensure that the security and integrity of your possessions is paramount. On the completion of all packing jobs our supervisor will ask you to fill in a questionnaire confirming that you are entirely happy with the service provided. Only once this has been done will the packing of your goods be complete.


Transport & Handling

Whichever mode you decide, land, sea or air, we will carefully choose the safest and most cost-effective method and you will receive detailed information about routes and transit time. Utmost care is given to the handling of your goods while in transit at all times. All
goods are stored in our Customs' approved fully alarmed modern warehouse. We ensure that your goods are kept in total security



Delivery & Unpacking

When delivering your possessions to your new home our team will ensure that items are placed in the correct rooms, that all boxes are removed, furniture assembled and only once you have signed a Destination Report confirming that you are satisfied with the delivery of your goods will our delivery service be complete.


Insurance

We are able to provide you with specially designed insurance policies for household goods. Our policies are not only cost-effective but extremely thorough, reliable and detailed. Further information can be given to you on request.
